Mistake: listening to Prince while reviewing concrete contracting documents. Phrases like “coordinate with other trades as required for any penetrations, embedded items, or sequence of work issues” and “reinforcing steel to be furnished by Concrete Contractor,” suddenly become fraught with nasty, dirty double entendre.
