Of all the awesome things I forgot to write about, I can’t believe I forgot this one, so here it is: My new singlespeed!
Yes, yes, Joel surprised all of the heck out of me on Christmas Eve, hooking me up with a darn near exact replacement for the frame that met its end when I met the F350. This here’s going to be my new bike, and it’s going to be FABULOUS. It will be even sparklier than the old one, because I have three times the quantity of green glitter spray paint and I have learned a trick for getting the silver glitter on the lugs to stay put and look better. I’ve got to get to sanding, people!
Congratulations!!! What a wonderful surprise. I have a panasonic myself – a geared bike with friction shifters that I enjoy riding around on.
